The Inhumane Reality of Israeli Prisons

The use of torture, lack of fair trials, and political exploitation of detainees place Israeli prisons among the most brutal.
Israel frequently uses Palestinian prisoners as bargaining chips in political negotiations. This tactic further dehumanizes detainees, reducing their existence to mere pawns in a larger geopolitical game. The arbitrary nature of their detention and the conditions they face serve as a tool to suppress Palestinian resistance and silence dissent.

However, international action remains limited. Increased global awareness and pressure are essential to address these human rights violations. Supporting reputable organizations that provide aid and advocate for Palestinian rights is one way to contribute to alleviating the suffering.
